Finally, some free time!

Well, as you heard, I conducted some research last weekend involving Sora, a heartless I found in Riku's room, and a paopu fruit. With Xaldin and Saix's assistance, I was able to perform a few choice experiments on these specimens.

My first experiment - with Xaldin's help - was in baking the heartless and testing it's nutritional value. Once the subject had pudgulated into the pan, we locked down the pan and baked him for 20 minutes. Discovery: No matter how many times you hit a heartless, it doesn't bleed. However, if you bake it at 350*, he hardens before cracking and bleeding profusely. Saix seemed to enjoy this a bit too much... We coated the heartless cake with vanilla icing and whipped cream to hide it's previous nature, then stored it in the fridge along with a bottle of it's blood.

We next tested the true strength of the Keyblade master by showing him The Blair Witch Project, but he didn't quite live up to my expectations dove face first into the couch and hid until the film was over.

While he was distracted, I managed to steal Sora's paopu fruit and through several experimental processes, I was able to give the fruit a human form. We tested it's intelligence by taking it and Sora to a childish environment Chuck E. Cheese and watched to see if it could interact with beings of a similar mental capacity, as well as simple motor functions. Strangely enough, Saix seemed rather at home in this environment as well... It seemed fairly competent, so I decided to go through with my last experiment.

After the Keyblade master and Saix had gone to sleep, Xaldin and I took Paopu into the kitchen and brought out the cake and the bottle of blood and had the fruit ingest the creature concoction. Halfway through her serving, Xaldin seemed to adopt a mischievous streak and started writting 'REDRUM' on the remainder of the cake with some of the blood which we CLEARLY weren't drinking like wine. Paopu started to become a little unnerved, but we managed to convince forced her to finish the treat. Discovery: While not necessarily high in nutrition, heartless are edible, but turn ones feces blue for about 3 days. We are still monitering the fruit for any signs of contamination from the darkness that may have still been held in the cake. ((OOC: I had a video of Cloe being force-fed the cake, but my camera deleted it, and I'm sorry! D: ))

Overall, it went rather well - nothing was interrupted or broken and I was able to get some results. I guess that means I'm in a good mood. Try not to spoil it, ingrates. I have enough to dread with Marluxia dropping in tomorrow.
